We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for our Dedicated California lanes. Whether you prefer weekly home time running the Northeast or longer OTR trips with excellent earning potential, Peters Brothers offers dependable freight, assigned late-model equipment, and 100% no-touch freight . What We Offer Average annual earnings: $85,000–$95,000 Top drivers earn $100,000+ Starting pay of 63 CPM , including 9.5 CPM per diem Approximately 2,700 paid practical miles per week All practical miles paid using PC*Miler 100% no-touch refrigerated freight Stable, year-round freight Assigned late-model equipment — no slip seating Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit Seniority pay increases Respectful, driver-focused dispatch and management Additional Pay & Bonuses Stop Pay: $30 per stop Detention Pay: $30/hour after the first hour Layover Pay: $150 Quarterly Safety Bonus: $150 per quarter Year-End Safety Bonus: Based on years of service Quarterly Fuel Bonus: Up to 7 CPM for all miles driven during the quarter Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $135 Driver Referral Bonus: $1,500 Dedicated California Fleet Ideal for drivers who enjoy longer OTR runs and strong earning potential.
