About Us Client is hiring Class A CDL drivers for its Flex Fleet. Flex drivers travel to operations nationwide to provide extra coverage where needed. Client covers all travel expenses, including flights, hotels, and rental cars. This role offers consistent work, guaranteed hours, and the chance to travel and support a variety of operations. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assignments at operations nationwide Provide extra driver coverage where operations need it Operate a variety of equipment based on the operation you're supporting Handle routes that may include no-touch freight, driver-assist deliveries, unloading, or tarping Adapt to schedules and start times that vary by operation Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures Compensation $43 per hour straight time Guaranteed 50-hour workweek $175 weekly per diem while on assignment Drivers on this account average $115,000 per year All travel expenses covered, including flights, hotels, and rental cars Schedule Out for five weeks at a time, with one week off in between Average 50 to 60 hours per week Schedules and start times vary depending on the operation supported Minimum Requirements At least 22 years old Valid Class A CDL No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply) No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the past three years 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years A profile created in the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse at clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov before hire Benefits Client offers competitive, affordable benefits, including: Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Prescription drug coverage Paid time off, including holidays and earned vacation 401(K) Matching #hc267150
