OTR CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver
Northern LogisticsJob Description: Schedule- OTR (5 nights out 2 home OR 10 Nights out, 2-3 weeks out) Flexible Workweek: Monday through Friday OR Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday Shift length: 10–12 hour shifts Pay rate: .56-.60 CPM + Stop pay + Tarping Compensation (based on experience) Job Requirements: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A) Clean or acceptable driving record (MVR check) Must comply with FMCSA/DOT regulations (hours of service, logbooks, etc.) Previous truck driving experience (often preferred, NOT required) Strong knowledge of safety procedures and defensive driving Ability to load, secure, and inspect cargo Basic ability to use GPS/navigation and electronic logging devices (ELDs) Reliable attendance and ability to meet delivery schedules Ability to lift moderate weight (for tarping, securing freight, etc.) Good communication skills with dispatch and customers Willingness to work long hours, early mornings, or flexible routes depending on freight needs General Description of Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with generous company match Paid Time Off Performance Bonuses – Monthly safety, mileage, and referral bonuses Yearly Christmas Party – We celebrate our drivers and their families!
