OTR CDL A Class Company Truck Driver

Job Summary GFS GROUP LLC is looking for Over the Road (OTR) CDL A Company Truck Drivers to join our team and take their driving career to the next level! In this role, you will operate tractor-trailers across long-distance routes, delivering freight efficiently and safely while following all federal and state regulations. Your commercial driving expertise, combined with your passion for logistics and customer service, will ensure timely deliveries and uphold our reputation for reliability. Compensation & Benefits Pay: 70-75 CPM or 30-32% of total weekly gross , your choice of the better option No deductions from your pay Escrow: $2,500 , paid in at $250 per week over 10 weeks Lease to Rent option available Newer equipment: 2020-2025 Freightliner and Volvo trucks Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers on over-the-road routes, following all DOT and FMCSA regulations Haul a variety of freight, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and hazardous materials, ensuring proper handling and compliance Use GPS systems to optimize routes and meet delivery schedules Load and unload freight using proper manual handling techniques, ensuring cargo safety and security during transit Deliver freight accurately to designated locations while providing excellent customer service Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, cargo documentation, and delivery records in compliance with DOT regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness Requirements Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and proven commercial driving experience Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or hazmat transportation is preferred Ability to operate manual transmission trucks and handle manual loading/unloading Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, and hazmat handling procedures Experience with GPS navigation for route planning and execution Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance on long-distance routes Ability to manage cargo handling effectively during load and unload operations Physically capable of manual handling tasks associated with freight delivery Join GFS GROUP LLC Embark on a rewarding career that combines adventure with professionalism!
