OTR cargo van driver (high roof)

Job Overview As an over-the-road (OTR) high-roof cargo van driver, you’ll transport and deliver freight safely and reliably across assigned routes. You’ll handle loading and unloading, use mobile devices to manage delivery information, and provide professional customer service at each stop. This paid position is suited to a dependable driver who can work independently and handle physical tasks. Duties Drive a high-roof cargo van on OTR and local delivery routes, following traffic regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Load and unload freight; move, organize, and secure items using safe lifting practices and material handling equipment such as a dolly. Use mobile devices to review route details, record delivery status, and communicate updates. Complete deliveries to businesses; interact courteously with customers. Support warehouse operations by staging freight and coordinating pickups and drop-offs. Your impact: Safe, timely deliveries help customers receive their goods and keep shipments moving smoothly. Qualifications Required: Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record; ability to meet applicable DOT requirements and perform manual handling, heavy lifting, and workplace weight-handling tasks. Preferred: Delivery driver, courier, van driver, commercial driving, or commercial truck driving experience; experience with box trucks, manual transmission, route driving, or personal vehicle delivery. Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, moving, load-and-unload work, and material handling equipment operation are helpful. Demonstrated customer service skills, attention to safe lifting practices, and ability to use mobile devices for work tasks.
