OTR CARGO VAN

Job Overview Vagnoni Logistics LLC is hiring reliable and professional OTR Cargo Van Drivers for nationwide expedited freight transportation. This is a 1099 independent contractor position for drivers who are comfortable staying on the road for extended periods. Drivers typically work 3 weeks OTR followed by 1 week home. Compensation 30% of each completed load Paid weekly every Friday Company cargo van provided No CDL required Responsibilities Safely operate a company cargo van throughout the United States Pick up and deliver expedited freight on time Maintain communication with dispatchers, brokers, shippers, and receivers Use GPS and mobile tracking applications as required Verify freight and delivery information before leaving each location Properly secure cargo using straps and other equipment Complete pickup and delivery documentation Perform basic pre-trip vehicle inspections Immediately report mechanical or safety concerns Maintain the vehicle clean and in good condition Follow all applicable traffic and safety regulations Represent Vagnoni Logistics professionally with customers Requirements Valid U.S. driver’s license Clean driving record / MVR Ability to pass background screening Must be comfortable driving long distances nationwide Must be willing to stay OTR approximately 3 weeks at a time Must be comfortable sleeping in the cargo van when necessary Reliable smartphone and ability to use GPS/tracking applications Strong communication skills Responsible and dependable OTR, courier, delivery, cargo van, or commercial driving experience preferred Schedule 3 weeks OTR / approximately 1 week home This is not a local delivery position. Drivers will travel throughout the United States and must be comfortable spending extended periods away from home.
