OTR Box Truck Driver

Firm Logistics LLC is looking for a professional driver to join our team. We are a small but growing company that values reliability, communication, safety, and taking care of our equipment. We're not looking for someone who simply drives from Point A to Point B—we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, cares for equipment, and can operate independently without constant supervision. This is a long-term opportunity for the right driver. Requirements Must hold a valid Maryland driver's license Minimum 1 year of verifiable 26ft box truck experience Clean driving record with no recent serious violations Valid DOT Medical Card Comfortable staying OTR for at least 1 month at a time Experience using Motive ELD (preferred) Solid understanding of Hours of Service regulations Ability to perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections every day Strong attention to detail and time management skills Professional communication with dispatch, brokers, and customers Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft non-CDL box truck Deliver freight safely and on time Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Keep the truck clean inside and out Immediately report mechanical issues Operate legally and safely at all times Properly secure every load Maintain a professional attitude with customers and shippers What We Offer $1,000 weekly pay, with additional $100 weekly OTR allowance for meals, showers, and travel expenses Driver is responsible for personal OTR expenses, including hotels 4 days home after each OTR period Company provided 26ft box truck (no sleeper) and fuel card Additional discretionary performance bonuses may be awarded.
