OTR box truck driver

NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED OVER-THE-ROAD (OTR) DRIVER A&M Gaddy Logistics is looking for a dependable, responsible, and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver to join our team! We are seeking a hardworking individual who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and understands the importance of being reliable and professional on the road. COMPENSATION Driver Compensation: 25% of the net load profit after the 3% factoring fee is deducted. The 3% factoring fee will be deducted from the gross load payment first. The driver will then receive 25% of the remaining profit. Earnings are based on completed loads. REQUIREMENTS Previous over-the-road (OTR) driving experience required. Must have a valid, current driver’s license. Must be able to provide a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must have a valid DOT medical card. Must have a responsible driving history. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Must be comfortable with extended time on the road. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay in contact with dispatch. Must be able to handle responsibilities independently and safely. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate and maintain the assigned commercial vehicle. Complete deliveries and pickups in a timely manner. Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding loads, routes, and delivery updates. Maintain professionalism with customers, brokers, and other business partners. Follow all applicable DOT regulations and transportation safety requirements. Keep the vehicle clean and report any mechanical issues. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED Applicants must be prepared to provide: Valid driver’s license. Current MVR (Motor Vehicle Record). Valid DOT medical card. Driving experience and employment history.
