OTR Box Truck Driver

Job Summary As an OTR (over-the-road) Box Truck Driver, you’ll transport and deliver goods safely and reliably along assigned routes. You’ll drive a box truck, van, or other assigned vehicle; handle loading and unloading; and provide professional service at delivery locations. Your impact: Careful driving and accurate deliveries help customers receive their orders safely and on schedule. Responsibilities Drive assigned routes while adhering to traffic regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Load and unload freight, using a pallet jack or other material handling equipment when appropriate. Apply safe lifting practices when moving and handling workplace loads, including heavy items. Use mobile devices to review route details, record delivery information, and communicate updates. Provide courteous customer service and follow delivery procedures for personal vehicle delivery assignments, when applicable. Requirements Experience in commercial driving, commercial truck driving, delivery driving, or as a delivery driver, van driver, or courier. Ability to operate a box truck; experience with manual transmission is preferred. Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations, material handling equipment, and pallet jacks is preferred. Ability to perform manual handling, moving, and load-and-unload tasks, including weight handling in the workplace, using safe lifting practices. Strong driving habits, route-driving skills, customer service, and comfort using mobile devices. Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week Work Location: On the road
