Job Overview OTR Box Truck Driver — Mucho Oulo Logistics Company: Mucho Oulo Logistics Position: Over-the-Road (OTR) Box Truck Driver Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: 20% of applicable gross revenue About the Position Mucho Oulo Logistics is looking for a reliable, professional OTR Box Truck Driver to join our growing logistics operation. This position is ideal for an experienced driver who is comfortable spending extended periods on the road and is committed to safety, reliability, and excellent service. Schedule OTR — approximately 3 weeks at a time Extended time on the road is required Drivers should be comfortable traveling to different markets and being away from home for the duration of the OTR schedule Driver Requirements Minimum 3 months of box truck/driving experience Valid driver's license Must be able to pass the company's insurance qualification process Clean and responsible driving history preferred Reliable and dependable Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to safely operate and maintain a box truck Must be comfortable with OTR travel for approximately three weeks at a time Compensation 20% pay structure based on applicable gross revenue. Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process so candidates clearly understand how the percentage-based pay works. Insurance Qualification As part of the hiring process, applicants will be required to provide their driver's license information for an insurance qualification check . Providing a driver's license does not guarantee qualification for the position. Final eligibility is subject to the company's insurance requirements. Responsibilities Safely operate the company's box truck Complete assigned routes and deliveries Maintain accurate delivery and trip documentation Perform required vehicle inspections Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company management Follow all applicable transportation and safety requirements Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle Represent Mucho Oulo Logistics professionally while on the road Who We're Looking For We're looking for drivers who are dependable, safety-conscious, professional, and ready for the OTR lifestyle .
