Order Verification & Staging Associate - Refrigerated Warehouse, Mon - Fri

Cut Fruit Express is hiring full-time Order Verification & Staging Associates for our refrigerated warehouse in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Pay is $19.00–$21.00/hour based on experience, Monday–Friday, no weekends — most weeks run 45–50 hours with overtime pay past 40. Hiring immediately. About the Role This is a detail-driven role, not a general warehouse position. You'll verify every outgoing order against the packing list, build and stage pallets for shipment, and complete piece-pick orders — and every order has to be right before it leaves the building. If you've worked in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, food production, or any environment where accuracy against a document or manifest was the core of your job, this will feel familiar. We'll train you on our specific system and processes from day one. What You'll Do Verify completed orders against the packing list or manifest before shipment Track down and resolve discrepancies before staging Assemble piece-pick orders into open-face containers Build and wrap pallets for outgoing orders Stage completed orders for shipment Help unload trucks and count inventory Keep the warehouse clean and organized What We're Looking For Prior experience in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, food production, quality control, or similar detail-oriented work — preferred but not required if you can demonstrate strong attention to detail Comfortable reading and verifying against paperwork or manifests Reliable and on time, every shift Able to stand and move throughout the full shift in a cold environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs consistently Able to work a 45–50 hour week, Monday through Friday — this is the standard schedule, not occasional overtime Schedule & Work Environment Monday–Friday, 10 AM start Shifts typically run 9–10 hours — most weeks total 45–50 hours Overtime pay for all hours over 40 per week Refrigerated warehouse — cold throughout the shift, every day Pay & Benefits $19.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) SIMPLE IRA retirement plan Optional paid forklift certification — not required for this role, but available for anyone interested, yours to keep even if you leave Stable employer, growing in the Twin Cities since 1997 Ready to Apply?
