Order Selector

Role Overview: Responsible for completing customer orders by selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and wrapping pallets for delivery. May operate powered industrial equipment and work in dry, cooled, or frozen storage areas. Key Responsibilities Locate, lift, and handle dry, frozen, and fresh products such as produce, dairy, meats, and other grocery items. Operate equipment like pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and conduct equipment inspections. Report product damages, quality issues, and stock shortages. Apply proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety during transit. Follow instructions accurately and contribute to team efforts. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in order selecting and equipment operation preferred. Ability to perform tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and work in multi-temperature areas. Strong physical stamina; able to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance. Good verbal and written communication skills. Physical & Work Environment: Must frequently stand, walk, crouch, reach, and handle objects. Work involves exposure to temperature variations and moderate to high noise levels. Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
