Order Selector

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Select and pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy. Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping and distribution. Use handheld scanners and warehouse equipment to track inventory. Load and unload merchandise as needed. Organize products and maintain clean, accessible storage areas. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors. Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines. Work with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Assist with general warehouse operations as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift, carry, and move packages throughout the shift. Basic reading, counting, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
