Order Selector

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Select and pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy. Pack, label, and prepare completed orders for shipping. Use handheld scanners and warehouse inventory systems to track orders. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed. Organize products and maintain proper inventory placement. Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines. Assist with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and counting skills. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and inventory procedures.
