• Maintain clean, orderly selection aisles and adhere to warehouse safety rules
Necessary skills and qualifications:
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 70 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely
• Attention to detail when matching order numbers and item descriptions
• Good spatial skills for building safe, balanced pallet loads
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in order selecting, pallet building, or warehouse distribution
• Familiarity with electric pallet jacks and barcode scanning hardware
