The Role We're looking for an Order Puller to join our Production team. You'll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly — pulling materials from inventory and delivering them to production teams according to job ticket instructions. Your attention to detail and ability to stay organized will directly support timely and accurate mailings. What You'll Do Pick and deliver materials from inventory to production workstations Follow job ticket instructions accurately and efficiently Support operators to ensure uninterrupted production flow Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, organized work area Work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team environment What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40–45 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced production environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Basic Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge preferred Must pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and paid holidays Quarterly bonus opportunities Casual work environment — jeans are welcome Supportive, people-focused culture with growth opportunities Bring your reliability and attention to detail.
