Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 / hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM start until daily order completion
Location: Staunton, VA 24401

What’s a typical day as an Order Processor? You’ll be:
• Utilizing handheld RF (Radio Frequency) barcode scanners to locate, scan, and pick products throughout the facility.
• Transporting picked items safely to designated packing and processing stations.
• Accurately packing, labeling, and verifying customer merchandise orders against packing slips.
• Assisting with order staging, inventory counts, and quality assurance checks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while adhering to all safety guidelines.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have prior experience in order processing, picking/packing, light industrial, or distribution center environments (preferred).
• Are familiar with or eager to learn RF handheld scanners and warehouse inventory procedures.
• Can comfortably stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Have a dependable work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Have schedule flexibility to work until the daily production volume is finished and occasionally start earlier when peak business volume requires.
