You will work closely with the external sales team to help grow accounts and hit territory targets, reporting to the General Manager. Manage the full customer order process from quotation and order entry through delivery, invoicing, and updates Handle customer service queries on orders, stock availability, and delivery status, and follow through to resolution Coordinate delivery scheduling and book freight or carriers to meet customer needs ( logistics coordination ) Monitor inventory levels and raise or escalate purchase orders based on demand Support payment follow-up and month-end account queries Prepare quotations, price lists, samples, and reports, and provide sales support to the external team on meetings and planning Proactively contact customers and prospects to support account growth and pipeline development Provide general office administration , including phones, mail, check deposits, and operations support 3+ years of inside sales administration or customer support experience, ideally in the packaging industry ~ Previous office administration experience (phones, mail, supplies, general support) ~ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office ; HubSpot and SAP Business One experience a plus ~ Bachelor's degree preferred Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm ~Occasional international travel ~ commission plan begins after successful probation Commission plan after probation ~25 vacation days plus 9 federal paid holidays per year ~401(k) retirement plan (eligible after 90 days) ~ Company-sponsored health, dental, and vision benefits ~
