Order Processor / Customer Service Representative We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processor / Customer Service Representative to join our team in a warehouse setting . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, processing orders, and helping ensure a smooth and accurate order fulfillment process. The successful candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information. Coordinate with the warehouse and internal departments to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time. Communicate order updates, changes, and issues to customers. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Assist with order tracking and follow-up. Perform general administrative, data entry, and office tasks. Help maintain an organized and efficient order processing workflow. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Qualifications Excellent spoken and written English. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Customer service, order processing, or warehouse office experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and communicating with warehouse staff. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
