Reports To: Order Processing Manager Location: American Canyon, CA May occasionally be required to work at the corporate office in Napa, CA. Pay: $18.00/Hour-$20.00/Hour DOE Anticipated Seasonal Term: November 30,2026 – December 22,2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, Anticipated hours: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Hours: Schedule may vary based on business needs. Some days may require up to 8 hours, while others may be approximately 5 hours. Seasonal Employment: This is a temporary seasonal position supporting increased order-processing needs during the holiday season. The anticipated employment period is November 30 through December 22, with hours subject to change based on business and order volume. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Processor Assistant to support our Order Processing team during the holiday season. This is an entry-level office position that requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to help ensure that holiday orders are processed and prepared correctly, including verifying that the correct gift card, wine, and accompanying materials are placed with the appropriate order. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing accurate work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Department Order Processing Coordinator in ensuring holiday orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time. Help prepare orders by verifying the correct wines, gift cards, and accompanying materials. Collate statements, shipping labels, gift cards, cards, inserts, and other order materials. Print and prepare gift cards for customer orders. Perform second-level checks of completed shipments to verify accuracy and completeness. Carefully compare order details against the contents of each shipment. Maintain an organized and efficient work area. Assist with miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Order Processing Coordinator or Order Processing Manager. Follow established procedures and quality-control guidelines to minimize errors. Qualifications and Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures. Dependable and punctual. Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Basic computer and office skills. Previous office or order-processing experience is helpful but not required. Physical/Work Environment: Primarily an onsite office-based position in American Canyon, CA. May occasionally require work at the company’s corporate office in Napa, CA. May require extended periods of standing, sitting, sorting, organizing, and handling order materials. Must be able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail during busy holiday periods.
