Order Processor

Overview Join our Dayton team as an Order Processor. You’ll take customer orders from initial entry through fulfillment, checking information, coordinating updates and catching potential issues before they become delays. Your work will keep daily operations moving and help customers feel confident that their orders are in good hands. Some tasks require uninterrupted focus; others involve a quick conversation with customer service, inventory or shipping to find an answer and keep an order moving. Your part in every order Enter and process customer orders accurately using company systems. Check product details, quantities, pricing and delivery information. Update order records, customer details and shipping notes. Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams on product availability. Respond to straightforward questions about order status and delivery. Identify missing information, duplicate requests or potential delays. Maintain clear records and follow each order through to completion. You’ll need to communicate clearly, stay composed when priorities change and feel comfortable asking questions when something does not look right. Basic computer and keyboard skills are important. Some experience in administration, customer service or order entry can be helpful, but it is not essential. You’ll receive guidance on the company’s order-management system, products and internal procedures.
