Order Processor

MacGregor Recruitment are fenestration recruitment specialists. Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of uPVC windows and doors based in the Livingston / West Lothian area. With new investment my client are looking to appoint an additional experienced Order Processor to their team.
The Role:
Order process quotations and orders
Check and interpret order specifications, querying and gathering

Input volume orders into a window design programme
Liaise with internal teams and management teams and support with administration and customer service as required
Providing high quality customer service, answering queries and resolving any issues
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience of order processing windows & doors is essential
Proactive and able to manage own workload
Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail to minimise errors
Good people and communication skills, written and verbal
The Package:
Salary is to £28k DOE, depending on window order processing experience and skills
35 hour working week - 08.00 - 16.30 Monday to Friday
31 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory
