Role Overview We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Order Processor to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders. As a global leader in our industry, our operations rely on precision and speed. You will be responsible for ensuring that every order—from entry to shipment—is handled with accuracy, ensuring our global distribution network remains seamless and our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities Order Management: Accurately enter and process high volumes of incoming orders from multiple sales channels into our internal systems. Invoice & Documentation: Generate invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels, ensuring all documentation meets both domestic and international shipping requirements. Inventory Coordination: Verify stock availability before processing orders and communicate closely with the warehouse and production teams regarding backorders or stock discrepancies. Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date customer records and order history, ensuring that pricing, discounts, and shipping preferences are applied correctly. Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with freight brokers and shipping carriers to track outgoing shipments and resolve any transit delays or delivery issues. Cross-Functional Support: Partner with the Sales and Customer Service teams to provide real-time updates on order status and assist in resolving order-related inquiries. Qualifications Experience: Preferred experience in order processing, data entry, or sales operations, preferably within a CPG or wholesale environment. Technical Skills: Preferred proficiency in ERP or order management software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal departments and external logistics partners. Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict daily deadlines.
