Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary As an Order Processing Specialist, you’ll keep orders moving accurately from entry through shipment. You’ll coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams, maintain inventory records, and support order fulfillment across warehouse operations and shipping logistics. Your impact: Accurate order processing helps customers receive the right products and helps warehouse teams plan and ship work smoothly. Duties Enter and verify orders using a warehouse management system, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, material requirements planning (MRP), or AS400. Use data entry and Microsoft Office tools to update inventory management software and resolve order or stock discrepancies. Support warehouse distribution, inventory management, stocking, order picking, picking and packing, and packaging. Coordinate shipping and receiving, shipping logistics, and load and unload activities; follow applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner, order picker, pallet jack, or forklift as needed, while providing responsive customer service. Requirements Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and clear communication skills. Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Ability to learn warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, and AS400; experience with these tools is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, shipping and receiving, logistics, and trade compliance is preferred. Forklift, order picker, RF scanner, or pallet jack experience is helpful; ability to safely perform picking, packing, stocking, and load and unload tasks is required.
