Order Processing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our wholesale operations team. This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, managing electronic data interchange (EDI), and ensuring timely shipment tracking and record maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage and monitor EDI transactions Maintain organized and up-to-date order and customer records Track shipments and coordinate with carriers as needed Resolve order discrepancies and support customer service inquiries Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Requirements: Experience with EDI systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain accurate records Experience tracking shipments and managing logistics information Proficient in basic computer systems and data entry Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a wholesale or distribution environment Familiarity with inventory or order management systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
