We are looking for a reliable and organized Order Processing Specialist to help process customer orders from start to finish. This is an easy-to-learn position that involves reviewing orders, entering information into the system, checking details for accuracy, and making sure orders are processed on time. Responsibilities Receive and review customer orders. Enter order information accurately into the company system. Check customer details, products, quantities, and pricing. Update order status and keep records organized. Communicate with customers or internal teams when information is missing or incorrect. Follow simple company procedures for processing orders. Help resolve basic order issues and delays. Maintain accurate records and protect customer information. Complete assigned tasks on time. Requirements No advanced experience required; training can be provided. Basic computer and internet skills. Ability to use email and simple online systems. Good attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks accurately. Good written communication skills. Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
