Order Processing & Customer Service Representative (Warehouse)

Overview LADIVINE by Cinderella Divine is a dress wholesale company based in Commerce, California. We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member to assist with phone and online order processing, shipping coordination, and customer service at our warehouse location. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computer systems, managing multiple order-related tasks, and communicating with customers in a professional and efficient manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and close coordination with our warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders by phone and online. Review order details, inventory availability, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy. Assist with daily shipping processing, shipping labels, and order fulfillment. Answer multi-line phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Assist customers with order status, tracking, payments, returns, damaged or missing items, and basic website questions. Help customers with online ordering and account-related issues. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounting teams to resolve order-related issues. Follow company procedures and follow up on pending orders and customer requests as needed. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Comfortable using computers, online ordering systems, and phone systems. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or shipping is a plus. N41 system experience is a plus.
