Order Picker - Part-Time

Order Picker Mighty Distributing System of America (MDSA) is a national leader in aftermarket auto parts. The Mighty Product Center (MPC) in Jackson, TN, is the central hub supporting over 100 distributors across 45 states and five international partners. General Responsibilities/Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Order Picker to unload, put away, and retrieve products. This is a PART-TIME Position working 7:30 AM - 11:15 AM in our climate-controlled Distribution Center. This position is eligible for benefits! Responsibilities: Pull, process, and pack orders accurately and quickly. Accurately scan product out of location using an RF scanner Check product being picked against the sales order to avoid errors Notify supervisor of orders with discrepancies prior to filling orders Work on stocking and replenishment Relocate product in the warehouse as directed Maintain a clean work area Maintain and work in a safety-sensitive environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently Basic math and problem-solving skills Dependability and strong work ethic Previous warehouse, RF scanner, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required Work Environment / Physical Requirements Clean, climate-controlled work environment Lifting to 50 lbs. occasionally Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and grasping throughout the shift Benefits (Summary) MDSA offers competitive pay, annual bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a company match, company-paid life/LTD/STD, FSA options, EAP, wellness incentives, PTO, safety bonus, service awards, and parental leave.
