We offer a rewarding career and brand that our employees are proud to represent. Job Purpose:To accurately select and prepare products for shipment by utilizing order sheets and RF technology. The role involves picking inventory, placing and arranging items in boxes or containers according to specified instructions, stacking and organizing cartons on pallets, inspecting items for damage, and verifying that correct products and quantities are picked and packed to ensure order accuracy and quality standards are met. Duties & Responsibilities:Support company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by proactively contributing to initiatives that drive strategic goals and organizational successLive our company core values and support a well-organized, respectful, and service-focused work environmentWork independently to pick, pack and ship ordersReceive, check-in and put away stock quickly and accuratelyReplenish picking locations and unload trailersReading Order Sheets and Pick List correctlyUtilizes RF technology in all aspects of processing orders (paperless)Utilizes our internal system to identify rack location of productsProduces order labels and ensures that all pallets and boxes are correctly labeledWill take photos of packed goods, for documentation purposesMaintain good housekeeping duties of the warehouse, throughout the day and at the end of the shiftFollow all Standard Operating ProceduresPerform all other assigned duties by the Warehouse Management Mindset & Personality:Safety ConsciousWorks well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentAdaptableAble to work independently and part of a teamAttention to detail Professional & Educational Background:High school diploma or equivalent Skills & Ability:Experience in warehousing and 3PL industry is an assetExperience with RF Scanner is an assetExcellent organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including a good command of English in reading and comprehending written and verbal instructionsEffort & Working Conditions:Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that may weigh up to 40 lbs.Must be physically able to stand and walk around dock/warehouse for long period of time and be able to bend, twist, climb and move about in small spaces, and reach for objects.
