Order Picker/Packer

Job Summary Join our team as an Order Picker/Packer and become a vital part of our fast-paced Distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and efficiently packing orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction. This position offers a fast paced work environment where your contributions directly impact our success and growth. Hours Monday- Thursday 6:30am-4:00pm, Friday 6:30am-10:30am Duties Carefully pick items from designated locations based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product type Pack selected items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Verify order contents against packing lists or electronic systems before sealing for shipment Label packages clearly with correct shipping information for smooth delivery processes Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout your shift Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed to keep stock levels accurate Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and improve workflow processes Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic reading, writing, and communication skills in English Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is a plus but not mandatory Knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of packaging materials is desirable Join us in delivering excellence!
