Order Picker/Packer

Our operations focus on maintaining excellence in distribution and customer service. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to efficient warehouse operations and ensure customer satisfaction through precise order fulfillment. This position is Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 6pm. Duties Utilize barcode scanning technology to accurately pick items according to order specifications. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit. Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and completeness before dispatch. Maintain inventory accuracy by positioning products in designated slot locations. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and barcode scanning for logistics. Making boxes used for shipping purposes. Requirements : Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely. Basic math skills for inventory counting and order calculations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse distribution is a plus. High School Diploma or Equivalent Physical Demands: Individual will be required to stand and walk as needed. This position requires bending, squatting, twisting, walking and standing in one location throughout the workday. Will routinely be required to lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
