Order Picker/Packer

ITB Fulfillment is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associates to join our team. Employees may work in picking, packing, sorting, returns, refurbishment, and inventory support. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, adaptable, and able to maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Full-time availability and the ability to work weekends are required. Duties and Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using an RF scanner. Pack products according to company guidelines to prevent errors and incorrect shipments. Sort packages accurately according to shipping carrier requirements. Process customer returns and refurbish returned products as directed. Assist with inventory putaway, inventory audits, labeling projects, and unboxing. Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including regular sweeping and trash removal. Follow all company safety procedures and proper product-handling practices. Communicate order issues, damaged products, and discrepancies to a supervisor. Assist with picking, packing, sorting, returns, and other warehouse tasks as needed. Adapt to changing workloads, priorities, and assignments. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to meet productivity goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math, reading, and communication skills. Ability to work cooperatively with team members, leads, and supervisors. Willingness to learn different warehouse functions and assist where needed. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Ability to remain focused and consistent when performing repetitive tasks. Weekend availability is required. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Six months of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or returns experience preferred. Familiarity with handheld RF scanners and basic warehouse software is a plus. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Frequently lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Use pallet jacks, carts, or other approved equipment to move heavier items. Stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Climb short ladders or step stools when needed. Use hands and fingers for picking, sorting, packing, taping, labeling, and handling tools or devices. Work shifts of eight hours or longer in a physically active environment. Maintain focus and productivity throughout the shift. Work in a warehouse with variable temperatures that is not temperature-controlled. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. Schedule and Availability Employment type: Full-time Weekend availability: Required Shift: Assigned based on position and business needs Flexibility: Employees may be assigned to different warehouse functions based on workload and operational needs. Picker and returns assignments generally run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Packer assignments generally run from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Schedules may vary based on business needs.
