Order Picker – Entry Level | 4-Day Workweek Looking for an opportunity with a 4-day workweek and weekends off? We are hiring dependable and motivated Order Pickers to join a fast-paced warehouse team! We are looking for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the job done right. Schedule 4 days per week, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday schedule One rotating weekday off each week Saturdays and Sundays off 32 hours per week Job Responsibilities Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment. Use handheld RF scanning guns to locate, scan, and track inventory. Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy. Move, organize, and handle products throughout the warehouse. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow company safety procedures and productivity expectations. Work alongside team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals. Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed. Job Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn RF scanning equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse, order picking, or RF scanner experience is preferred but not required. Why Join Our Team?
