Order Picker Come put your eye for detail to work in our Dayton warehouse. We’re hiring an Order Picker to find the right products, check quantities and prepare customer orders for shipment. You’ll have clear tasks, an active workday and teammates working alongside you. Dayton, OH · Full-time · On-site · $23.50–$25.50 per hour Your work starts with a customer order and finishes with the correct items ready for the next stage: Follow pick lists to locate products and match item codes, sizes and quantities. Use a handheld scanner to confirm selections and update order records. Check products for damage and flag missing stock or incorrect items before completing an order. Group and label picked items, keeping separate customer orders clearly organized. Move completed orders to the packing and shipping areas, handling products carefully. Help replenish picking locations, check stock quantities and keep aisles and work areas clear. Being comfortable with numbers, written instructions and checking your own work will help you settle into this position. You should be willing to learn the warehouse system, communicate when something doesn’t match and keep accuracy in focus during busy periods. The work involves standing, walking, reaching and moving products throughout the shift. The Warehouse Supervisor will set daily priorities, and you’ll coordinate with order processing, packing and inventory colleagues to resolve shortages and keep orders moving. Your working week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid meal break. Bring your focus and a willingness to get involved.
