Order Picker

Position Overview The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to maintain high productivity standards while ensuring order accuracy. ________________________________________ Work Schedule Monday – Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Hours may vary based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify order details to ensure correct products and quantities Maintain organization of inventory and designated holding areas Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and product organization Process returned items and reintegrate them into inventory Break down and dispose of packaging materials between orders Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all warehouse procedures and safety protocols Support team members and assist with training when needed Complete additional warehouse tasks as assigned by leadership ________________________________________ Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Frequent use of hands, reaching, bending, stooping, and kneeling Occasional sitting as needed ________________________________________ Equipment Used Pallet jacks Hand carts Heat sealers Box cutters/knives Other standard warehouse tools and equipment ________________________________________ Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment Join Stellar Services LLC and become part of a dedicated team where your hard work contributes to providing excellent service and timely order fulfillment!
