Order Picker / Distribution Center Associate

Join Our Growing Team! We are a nationally recognized floor covering distributor located in Owings Mills, Maryland, seeking a dependable and experienced Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, hands-on experience operating a narrow aisle forklift (reach truck) , and familiarity with RF scanning technology . We are looking for a safety-conscious, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy, productivity, and teamwork. Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners. Operate narrow aisle forklifts/reach trucks safely and efficiently. Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with inventory management and general warehouse duties. Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse and order-picking experience required. Prior narrow aisle forklift/reach truck operating experience required. RF scanner experience required. Ability to read and accurately follow picking instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to safely lift and move flooring products and other warehouse materials. Dependable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Compensation Competitive hourly pay: $20.00 – $22.00 , based on experience.
