Role and Responsibilities of Order Picker:
Your role will involve unloading deliveries, managing stock in the backroom, and ensuring shelves are stocked and well-organized. You will help create a clean and organized store environment while assisting in the preparation of products for customers.
• Unload deliveries in a safe and timely manner
• Sort and organize inventory in the backroom
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked with properly displayed products
• Maintain inventory rotation for freshness and accuracy
• Create promotional displays and set up signage
• Prepare products for sale and assist with general store operations
• Keep backroom areas organized and inventory accurate
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and carts
• Assist with overnight stocking and store preparations
• Help maintain a clean and efficient store
Required Skills and Experience of Order Picker:
• Physical ability to lift and manage merchandise
• Attention to detail for inventory management and product placement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate equipment (training provided if needed)
• Willingness to work overnight and flexible hours
Compensation and Benefits of Order Picker:
• Hourly pay: $15.00 to $21.00/hr
