Order Picker/Crown Reach Operator | Mississauga, ON

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker and Crown Reach Operator, where your energy and precision will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting customer orders using a Crown reach truck, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment. Your mechanical aptitude and familiarity with warehouse management systems will help keep our distribution center running smoothly. Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate Crown reach trucks to pick and place products within high racks, ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Use warehouse management systems to locate, select, and verify items for shipment. Perform heavy lifting of products and materials, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Conduct regular inspections of equipment such as clamp trucks, forklifts, and reach trucks to ensure optimal operation. Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts and updating stock records accurately. Follow detailed picking instructions to assemble orders efficiently while maintaining high accuracy levels. Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and operational efficiency throughout the warehouse. Job Requirements Must be able to work in a faced paced environment. Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience of operating Forklift (Raymond Reach-Stand up Counterbalance – Double walkie) Temp to permanent position and after probation period benefits, bonus program, RSP/DSP program. Punctual and hardworking. Must have own safety shoes Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
