JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Order Fulfillment Clerk - Customer Service Rep Reports To: Sales Center Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary: Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker and become a vital part of our logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and smooth warehouse distribution processes. Duties Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and barcode scanning technology to ensure accuracy and speed. Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring stock levels are accurate and properly documented. Pack products securely for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and verifying order contents for quality control. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in warehouse operations. Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, stock replenishment, and inventory management to support overall warehouse distribution. Qualifications Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems. Strong understanding of order picking & packing processes along with shipping & receiving procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safety protocols. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order calculations. Prior warehouse experience or warehouse supervisor experience is preferred but not required. Commitment to safety protocol adherence and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy machinery preferred but not required.
