Order Picker

Duties Utilize RF scanners and barcode scanning technology to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Conduct manual handling tasks including lifting, loading, unloading, and stacking materials with proper safety protocols in place Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, perform stock replenishment, and ensure inventory accuracy Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety standards and PPE use Perform quality control checks on picked items to ensure order accuracy before packing and shipping Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and following safety procedures at all times Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety standards Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Prior experience in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, or warehouse distribution preferred Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and order accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety guidelines and PPE requirements Join us as an Order Picker where your energy fuels our success!
