Position Details Title: Order Picker Schedule: 1st shift, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday; 7:00am - 3:30pm Friday Location: Myerstown, PA (17067) Salary Range: $17.25 hourly, based on experience and qualifications. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders to ensure timely and accurate shipment of dental supplies. Key Responsibilities Review customer order requirements printed on pick tickets Accurately gather required items from designated storage locations Verify product numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy Properly package items for shipment based on order volume and product requirements Label and stage completed orders for shipping or pickup Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Assist with inventory organization and restocking as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Benefits Enriched Medical, Dental, and Vision plans Weekly Pay Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Medical & Dependent Care 401K Retirement Savings Plan with Safe Harbor - Employer Contribution of 3% Gross Wages Tuition Assistance Program Company-provided Term Life with Voluntary Term Life/Accident/Disability/Critical Illness/Hospital Indemnity Great work/life balance
