Benefits: Paid time off About the Role: MIDOS INC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team in Pensacola, FL! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced warehouse environment where your hard work and accuracy make a real impact every day. Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Use pick lists or RF scanners to locate and pull inventory from warehouse shelves Verify order accuracy by checking items against packing slips or order documents Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work environment Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment as needed Meet daily productivity and accuracy quotas in a timely manner Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors Requirements: Prior warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment center experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Basic reading and counting skills to follow order documentation Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals About Us: MIDOS INC is a trusted company based in Pensacola, FL, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers.
