Join a fast-paced distribution center as a 1st Shift Order Selector . You will accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and pallet jacks , ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. Key Duties Pick and prepare orders accurately based on RF scanner instructions Pack items securely and stage orders for shipment Load, wrap, and palletize products Verify inventory and help maintain stock accuracy Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Follow safety procedures and support a teamwork-focused, customer-service culture Required Qualifications/skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork mindset Commitment to safety and proper product handling
