Location: La Porte, TX 77571 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire / Ongoing Hours: 40+ hours per week; overtime may be available. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Order Pickers to support warehouse operations in La Porte, TX. This position is responsible for accurately picking, verifying, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Responsibilities Pick and fulfill customer orders using RF scanners and picking carts. Locate and pull inventory using barcodes and serial numbers. Verify products and quantities for accuracy. Shrink-wrap and prepare items for shipment. Update inventory and assist with stock replenishment. Load delivery vehicles as needed. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements 6+ months of order picking or warehouse experience required. RF scanner experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must follow all safety and productivity standards. May operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and turret trucks after onsite training and certification.
