Order Picker

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and organizing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Pick and prepare orders accurately according to pick lists and customer requirements Locate products throughout the warehouse and verify item numbers and quantities Pack, label, and stage completed orders for shipment Use handheld scanners or warehouse equipment to track inventory and orders Inspect products for damage or discrepancies before shipment Load and unload merchandise as needed Maintain organized inventory and keep work areas clean Assist with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties when required Follow all warehouse procedures and workplace safety guidelines Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations Qualifications Previous warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, or similar warehouse equipment is a plus Pay: $23.50 - $28.40 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Parental leave Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
