Responsibilities
• Pick and process single and double-box products using an RF scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Use RF scan guns to locate, verify, and record inventory during order picking and stocking activities.
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs as required to unload trucks and move product throughout the facility.
• Operate rolling ladders up to 12 feet high safely to access products stored at elevated rack locations.
• Process, count, and reconcile inventory accurately to support inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Perform stocking and receiving tasks, including placing products in designated locations and verifying incoming shipments.
• Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move pallets and product through racking zones.
• Pack and package orders according to company standards to ensure products are protected and ready for shipment.
• Utilize basic computer skills to enter, update, and verify information related to orders, inventory, and shipping.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English to complete daily tasks and meet productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the distribution center.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, including proper use of steel toe shoes and equipment.
Essential Skills
• At least 1 year of order picking experience using an RF scan gun in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as required and frequently lift up to 50 lbs to move boxes and unload trucks.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Comfortable using rolling ladders up to 12 feet high to access inventory in racking systems.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in processing and counting inventory.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory processing.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment safely.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 1+ year of stocking experience preferred.
• 1+ year of receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners for order picking, stocking, and inventory control.
• packing and packaging orders in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Comfort working in large distribution centers with racking and processing areas.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines, including wearing steel toe shoes.

Work Environment
The role is based in a large distribution center featuring extensive racking systems and dedicated processing and desk areas for shipping. Wave riders and pallet jacks operate throughout the racking zones, and you will work in an active warehouse setting that requires consistent movement, lifting, and equipment use. Steel toe shoes are required as part of the safety dress code. Available schedules include Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Sunday through Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The environment is
