Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening. Your Impact Day-to-Day Prepare orders by picking, packing, labeling, and sorting products accurately. Move materials to keep production and warehouse operations running smoothly. Follow work instructions and conduct basic quality checks. Own the 5S: keep your station safe, clean, and organized. Contribute to team goals for safety, quality, and productivity. What You Bring Reliable attendance and ability to commit to the confirmed first-shift schedule. Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Safety-first mindset and readiness to learn processes. Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or retail stockroom is helpful but not required. No forklift license needed unless a later assignment specifically requires one.
