Job Title: Inventory /Sales Company: Piff Stixs Applicants must have METRC/Fulfillment Experience to be qualified Piff Stixs is a high-output cannabis company dedicated to excellence in product quality and service. We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator to support our growing operations. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cannabis compliance, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role is critical in ensuring our outgoing sales are prepared accurately and in full compliance with OLCC and METRC regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and fulfill orders for dispensaries and wholesale clients Create and manage METRC tags and manifests Maintain accurate and organized inventory records Conduct monthly inventory audits Communicate effectively with sales team and retail partners Work closely with the packaging team to meet tight shipping deadlines Ensure vault and workspaces are clean, secure, and compliant Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and outgoing sales Help minimize product returns through attention to detail and quality control Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in the cannabis industry, with a focus on METRC compliance, fulfillment, or sales Strong knowledge of OLCC guidelines and state compliance regulations Highly organized, reliable, and efficient Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
