Order Management Specialist

MSW Inc. is a family-owned and operated manufacturer of restaurant furnishings and commercial millwork located near Joplin, Missouri. We are seeking a qualified person to join our Team as an Order Management Specialist . Job Summary: The Order Management Specialist is a sales support position that is responsible for the processing, organizing, and coordination of quotes and orders to ensure accuracy and managed timelines through delivery in accordance with the customer’s expectations. Qualifications: This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and likes being involved in different parts of the process. Great communication and customer service is a must. The ideal team member will have strengths in three key areas: ORDER MANAGEMENT — Primary Focus Manage customer orders, review details, communicate with our team, and help keep projects moving smoothly from order to delivery. FREIGHT COORDINATION Help coordinate shipments, work with freight carriers, and make sure orders get where they need to go. DESIGN & DRAFTING — A Plus Experience with AutoCAD is a plus! Help with layered drawings, elevations, layouts, and other details needed to turn customer orders into production-ready projects. A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant job experience. College degree in construction or wood technology is a plus. Pay may be negotiable based on level of experience and qualifications.
