voices from a centralized web application and ensure timely submission to customers via email. + Perform general order management administration and data cleanup as instructed. + Navigate emails, process queries, and respond to orders efficiently. Essential Skills + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. + Post-secondary diploma or degree. + Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or Oracle. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bilingual proficiency, particularly in French, is a plus. + Customer service orientation. + Project work/supporting projects experience. + Engineering degree is advantageous but not mandatory. Work Environment The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in start and end times between 8 am and 5 pm. Initially, the role will be onsite for five days a week, with potential progression to a hybrid model of three days onsite and two days working from home. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
